The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious, perfect for my two little girls and me. They particularly enjoyed the indoor pool. the property seemed nicely renovated but lacked attention to detail, with rusty fire extinguishers and sprinkler systems. While the location was convenient, the overall experience fell short of expectations, considering the high price point. I appreciated the clean rooms and comfortable beds, as well as the friendly breakfast staff. the breakfast was standard, and the room amenities matched the advertised features, albeit with a slight discrepancy in the seating area. Overall, the Holiday Inn Huntsville - Research Park offers a fresh and clean stay in a busy city, but improvements in maintenance and communication are necessary for a truly satisfying experience.
